Nightlife
A platform for clubs, events and guest lists — built for eleven o'clock on a Friday night.
The challenge
Nightlife events live in Instagram stories that disappear after 24 hours. Anyone who wants to know on Wednesday what is happening on Saturday finds nothing dependable.
Behind the door it looks much the same: guest lists arrive as WhatsApp messages, screenshots and handwritten notes at the till. Mistakes surface exactly when thirty people are queuing outside.
The solution
One platform serving both sides: a feed at the front that guests scroll on their phone, and a tool at the back that promoters use to organise their night.
One feed instead of thirty stories
Clubs and promoters maintain their own dates. Filtering works by date, genre and district — mobile first, because nobody plans a weekend at a desk.
Guest list with a QR code
Signing up takes two fields. At the door the code is scanned, the list counts live, and duplicates surface immediately instead of at cash-up.
Numbers for promoters
Who signed up, who actually came, which promoter brings people: a dashboard that answers after the night what otherwise stays a gut feeling.
